Three consecutive cleaning visits
1. A construction clean to remove work materials and prepare the space for interior renovations.
2. Interior cleaning post construction, including bathroom, kitchen and floor cleaning.
3. Final cleaning of the entire space, clearing out any work materials, dusting and making sure the house "sparkles" before the move-in.

Our Policy
What to expect:
Our first visit is a deep clean so that your space is in tip-top shape prior to beginning your weekly, biweekly or monthly service. This initial clean will take longer than subsequent cleans. Please ensure that countertops, floors and any other surfaces you would like cleaned are tidied and free of clutter.
Please read the following thoroughly:
- We bring all our own supplies and equipment.
- Payment is to be made by the end of the day on the date of your clean. A late fee of $10/day will be applied. Continued late payments will require payments before your scheduled clean.
- For the safety of our cleaners, we do not move furniture (couch, dresser, bed, oven, etc.). If you want those areas cleaned, please move the relevant furniture before your clean.
- We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.
- For the health and safety reasons, we will not clean up bodily fluids, pet excrement, mold, hazardous chemicals or deceased rodents.
- Please close the door(s) to any room(s) you do not wish to have cleaned.
- Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely (it is especially prevalent on dark surfaces, wood and glass).
- We do not provide window cleaning services.
- We do not offer our services on holidays.
- 2-hour minimum for weekly cleans. 3-hour minimum for all other cleans.
- Rates are subject to change.
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel, skip or reschedule a cleaning, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. A cancellation fee equal to half the service price will be charged if the following occurs:
- Service is cancelled within less than 24 hours' notice.
- We are unable to access your home upon arrival.
- We are turned away at the door.
We adhere strictly to this policy to prevent the loss of wages. We appreciate your understanding.
