About La Vita é bella

My name is Talia, and my business partner is Vincenzo. 

We are a locally-run, FAMILY-owned business located in the gorgeous city of West Kelowna, British Columbia. Our families have Italian roots but we were both born in Regina, Saskatchewan, and have been calling the Okanagan home for the past 12 years.

We have been lucky to start our real adventures while attending college in Ottawa several years ago. However, on a trip to BC for a family wedding in 2010, we fell in love with the Okanagan and everywhere within its reach. We purchased our first home while attending college, which afforded us the ability to buy a townhome in the amazing town of Winfield (Lake Country, if you’re from here). We loved the community, the bountiful produce, and the ever-changing landscape and skies. Okanagan suited us. We currently own a home in West Kelowna in the lovely and quiet neighbourhood of Lakeview Heights. We have created a sanctuary and like you, we take great pride in maintaining and preserving our space. We have multiple years of experience in maintaining a vacation rental on our property. We’ve applied this attitude of diligence to our own space and also to our clients! We understand the importance of a good rating and how that impacts revenue and the bottom dollar. We want to share this passion and enable you to have some time and peace of mind knowing that your investment is in experienced and knowledgeable hands.
